Can I make a reservation over the phone?
Yes you can make a reservation ob calling 08 - 64249955. This phone line is operational - Mon - Sat between 8am to 7pm and Sunday and Public Holidays between 8am to 5pm. After-hour bookings can be made by calling 0402-960360.
Can I pay without using a credit card?
AWA gives you a few options to pay for your accommodation booking. You don't have to pay when making a reservation by using your credit card. Once the booking is confirmed you can pay later by calling AWA or sending a cheque or money order or via direct deposit.
How to amend or Cancel a booking?
To change or amend a booking or to add special requests you can submit your request via email to info@accommodationwholesalers.com.au or call us on 08-64249955.
Does AWA has a after-hour service?
AWA after-hour support service can be accessed by calling 0402-960360.
Can I book a group via the website?
If you are booking in excess of 3 rooms or apartments it is advisable to call us on 08-64249955 so we can personally make all arrangements for your booking so we meet all your requirements.
